We begin with a phone  conversation to get to know more about the property. Then we will go room by room to provide recommendations and ideas to highlight the fixed assets of the home so buyers can see how they can live in the home. We will provide an Open House Checklist and Closet Organization Checklist as well as other documents to prepare for your house to be listed.

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

In cases where we are unable to meet our sellers, we schedule a virtual meeting with them to know them better as well as their plans for redecoration or staging.

We start with a phone interview and have sellers take photos of various rooms so we can prepare for the Consultation time. We will walk through the home virtually using Zoom or Skype or FaceTime and discuss our options, and then we will provide recommendations and ideas to make accentuate the qualities of  your home to potential buyers.

We enhance the main areas of the property to highlight the best features of each house. We  provide the zoosh to bring your marketing photos to life. We spend up to 3 hours at the property and also provide a Virtual Shopping List.

Do you want to ramp up the bookings at your vacation rental? We can help you style your rental so you will have increased bookings and therefore make more money. We will start with a consultation and then design a space travelers will love to stay in! 

We will start with a property preview and offer options that fit every budget.

Using fresh, on-trend furnishings, we will try to achieve that model home look.We provide an individually curated design for each property because each property is different and has unique needs and features to highlight.

We will work together to come up with a color palette that works from room to room to make a cohesive and comfortable home. We will bring large color swatches that will be left with the client to better understand the color in various lights and times of the day.
