We begin with a phone conversation to learn more about the property before we arrive for our staging strategy sessions. Once there, we assess each room from the front door to the backyard. We provide recommendations and ideas  to highlight the fixed assets of the home, allowing buyers to envision how they can live in the space. We will also create a clear plan or strategy for maximizing the positives of each property, including an open house checklist and other documents to prepare your home for listing.

In cases where we are unable to meet our sellers, we schedule a virtual meeting to discuss their plans for home staging and interior decoration. We start with a phone interview and ask sellers to take photos of various rooms to prepare for our consultation. During our virtual walkthrough of the home via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime, we will explore options for vacant home staging and provide recommendations to highlight the unique qualities of your home to potential buyers. (Up to two hours online with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate) $300

We enhance the main areas of the property through expert home staging to highlight the best features of each house. Our interior decoration services provide the zoosh needed to bring your marketing photos to life. We spend up to 3 hours at the property and also offer a Virtual Shopping List to assist with vacant home staging. 

Please ensure that the home is prepped and cleaned prior to the stager's arrival. 

(We can spend up to four hours in the home, with any additional hours charged at a rate of $100 per hour.)

We provide an individually curated design for each property because every home is different and has unique needs and features to highlight, especially when it comes to interior decoration and vacant home staging.

We will collaborate to create a color palette that flows seamlessly from room to room, ensuring a cohesive and comfortable home through effective interior decoration. To assist in this process, we will provide large color swatches that clients can use to see how colors look in various lighting conditions and throughout different times of the day, which is particularly beneficial for home staging.
